It's alive!

I think we've created a MONSTER. Our garden has taken over. Our corn is totally loaded and our green beans I've already have had to pick them two or three tomes and our tomatoes are 5ft 51/2 in tall. Yup that's taller than me and are hanging because there's SO many tomatoes. YEAH! I can't wait to can salsa and tomatoes. The bushes at the very bottom of the picture are red potatoes and we dug a piece of them up and there were softball size taters. Our pepper plants are doing well we have Anaheim chili's and green peppers I've already had to pick those a few times as well. The squash is at the very back and has gone WILD. I most diffidently will be giving some away. It's been fun to do this with kids they love going out to see what's bloomed that day.

This is what I made to go with dinner the other night.Rob came in with a whole shirt full. MMMM! There's nothing better then growing your own veggies. I also cut cucumbers the other night in our salad. YUMMY!
